Day 2 of our 40 day prayer journey!

Day 2

Review the names of those you’ve written in your prayer journal. Think about yesterday, did God give you any opportunities to meet someone new who you can pray for?

ARISE

Pray that the glory of the Lord would shine brightly today over the people written in your prayer journal! Pray that as God’s light removes the darkness from them, they would desire to live for Him and that their lives would now be a light that reflects Jesus to those they live among.

Isaiah 60:1-3

“Arise, shine, for your light has come,

and the glory of the Lord shines over you.

For look, darkness covers the earth,

and total darkness the peoples;

but the Lord will shine over you,

and His glory will appear over you.

Nations will come to your light,

and kings to the brightness of your radiance.”

Matthew 5:16

“In the same way, let your light shine before men, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”
